And you’ve ordered the following:

And you haven’t received your order yet, they are working to fix this problem, it’s NOT THEIR FAULT. We had a problem with our last order of keychains where there was a mix up and unfortunately, those four are no longer available. This is NOT Shark Robot’s fault. They’re going to be refunding you guys your keychain orders and sending out your packages.

Also, if you’ve ordered a print, and haven’t received it yet, they are working on those too. Originally we were the ones that printed all of our prints but we decided that printing paper on our end to mail to them was a bad idea. 1. We were scared that they would get damaged in the shipping process (the full body ones especially since we have to mail them rolled and we have a box full of them) and 2. we didn’t want to chance shipping paper products TWICE cause of the potential for damage. So instead we’ve switched over to their printing which has taken a little time to set up. This is MY fault, guys. :(

I kept going back and forth on this cause I’m so insanely protective of how prints come out that it took a while to finally convince me that this was the best option. I kept trying to figure out a way to mail them prints that was both cost effective and safe for the prints but I just couldn’t find one. I figured keeping the prints affordable was more important that my OCD with prints so again, this is my fault. Please forgive me. This whole order fulfillment thing is new to me.

For those of you who have already contacted me, I’ve already emailed Shark Robot about this. I’m still in Asia right now, but I get home on Monday so I’ll probably be on the phone with them on Tuesday to smooth out whatever details are still hanging.

Thank you so much for you patience guys, this order fulfillment thing is new for all of us so we’re just trying to smooth out the kinks. Most of the orders HAVE gone out there are just a few problem items we’re trying to figure out.

Eventually but the main reason we’ll do it is so that we don’t have to lug around 10,000 boxes of chapters 1-487.

The stories are all structured in 4 issue arcs so at some point in the future we’ll probably do a collected of chapters 1-4 but those collected volumes will only include storytelling pages and none of the bonus content that you get in the individual chapters. Before anyone freaks out, I’m not talking about the sex pages, I’m talking about pinups, the ask axis section, random little things we’ve done here and there including omakes/guest art/pages. Alls you’ll get is the bidness, none of the fun.

Also, we plan on doing a limited edition collected volume that’s just… I can’t talk about it right now but it’s probably going to be the proudest moment of my life when we get those in hand. They are literally the stupidest idea I’ve ever come up with and I can’t wait for it to BE REAL. I am awful.

It’s not a movie this time but a TV show and if you haven’t seen it get on this bandwagon this instant!!!

PLEASE LIKE ME - Australian TV ABC2 (2013) - Writer/Actor: Josh Thomas - 1 series, 6 episodes, 30 min a piece

I’m just going to summarize what’s on the back of the DVD: Josh gets dumped by his girlfriend, suddenly has a new boyfriend, and has to move back in with his mom after she tries to OD on painkillers. Basically it’s a dramedy about how your parents aren’t heroes and how they’re just as clueless as you are.

The Story: Heads up, when I tell you this is a dramedy, I’m not fucking around. There are moments when it’s hilarious, moments when it’s depressing, and Josh Thomas doesn’t hold back on either front but that’s a good thing. Josh’s goal was to tell story that had a lot of real moments so he based a lot of the show loosely off his own life and that really comes through.

The Characters: I’m going to quote Supportive Husband here (I made him watch it and he’s a rabid fan now) and just say that, “One of the best things about Please Like Me is that everyone is identifiable and for the most part, likeable.” I know that likeability is no longer a MUST for great characters but even the worst characters on this show are hilarious and have amazing moments of vulnerability that make you feel for them. I love everyone on this show.

The Bad: It’s only six episodes!? DAMMIT, AUSTRALIA. Also, I don’t know if there’s going to be a 2nd series yet but I hope there will be because I am DYING. I need MORE. This show and Shameless were the two shows that kept me going this winter, my life feels so empty without them QQ.

Why You’re Gonna Watch This Shit: Because it’s already becoming an underground/tumblr sensation and you don’t wanna be left out, do you? I’ve been watching it since the first two episodes aired (thanks Anthony Langford!) and it’s been incredible watching everyone I follow on tumblr catch onto this show. It’s addicting and funny and fresh and dammit, you wanna be fresh, right!?

WHERE you can find this show: Ok, so, if you look hard enough on Tumblr, you may find links. It’s a hard one to track down cause as soon as links go up they’re taken down but if you look hard enough you should be able to find it.
